F.A.Q.

Q: How long does a custom project usually take?

Turn around time is generally 8 weeks, although in some cases rush jobs are accepted.


Q: Do you work with clients remotely?

Yes! I am happy to work with clients all over the world. E-mail me to arrange a consultation via phone or facetime.


Q: How will I receive my finished ring?

For clients in the Los Angeles area we can schedule a studio pick up. Otherwise, all packages are shipped via FedEx overnight and fully-insured and all deliveries are signature required.

When shipping out of the country please note: You will be responsible for international taxes and duties.


Q: Do you have a warranty?

During the first year, I will repair your ring free of charge for any structural integrity flaws and replace any diamond up to 2mm.

I suggest you add TO your ring to a renters/home owners insurance policy to protect against loss, damage or theft.  


Q: What is your return policy?

All custom work is final sale.


Q. Do you provide appraisals with your ring?

Yes, I offer appraisals through a trusted third-party gemologist.
